Common questions.
- What's included in Free?
- Logging, manual prescription entry, and exercise history. Autoregulation, recovery protocol, and deload prescription require Founding Member or Standard.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- What does 'price locked' mean for Founding Member?
- The Founding Member rate ($19/month or $199/year) is locked for the lifetime of the subscription. Future price changes do not apply to active Founding Member accounts.
- What happens after the trial ends?
- The 28-day trial converts to the selected paid tier on day 29. Without a paid tier selected, the account moves to expired status. Historical sessions remain visible, but new set logging is disabled until a tier is selected.
