Refund Policy.

Calyber offers a 28-day trial with no card required. The trial begins when you create your first mesocycle, not when you sign up. During the trial you have full access to autoregulation, recovery protocols, and analytics. The trial is the evaluation window.

After your first paid charge, you have 7 days to request a refund under any of three conditions: the paid product does not match reasonable expectations set during the trial, a billing error occurred, or sustained service unavailability prevented use. A refund ends the subscription. These three conditions are the basis for every plan below.

Once a paid period begins, the terms below apply. The refund basis is the same for every plan (the three conditions in Section 2); plans differ only in whether you can return at the Founding rate.

Cancellation outside the refund window stops future charges but does not produce a refund for the current period. The Founding rate is locked for the lifetime of an active subscription and remains available to returning members while founding seats are open: if you re-subscribe while seats remain open, you return at the Founding rate. Once founding seats close, re-subscribing uses the then-current Standard pricing.

These refund terms are part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service, which they supplement. Refunds are issued only under the conditions stated above.
