Refund Policy.

Effective: June 1, 2026

1. Trial Window

Calyber offers a 28-day free trial. The trial begins when you create your first mesocycle, not when you sign up. During the trial you have full access to autoregulation, recovery protocols, and analytics. The trial is the evaluation window.

2. Refund Terms by Plan

Once a paid period begins, the following terms apply:

3. Cancellation Outside the Refund Window

Cancellation outside the refund window stops future charges but does not produce a refund for the current period. Founding lock-in pricing is forfeited the moment a subscription lapses for any reason, including refund, voluntary cancel, or failed payment after Stripe's retry window. Re-subscribing after lapse uses the then-current Standard pricing.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@calyber.app with the email associated with your Calyber account and a description of the issue. Expected response: within 48 hours, weekdays.

5. Terms

The Calyber team does not negotiate refunds outside these terms. The terms are the terms.
